He found that lucky people were, in part, more open to the world around them. Don’t limit yourself by simply focusing on your past or previous positions. It is important for unemployed job seekers to consider transitional and survival jobs and careers, and alternative employment opportunities like temporary or contract work in order to maintain their skills and marketability in today’s job market.
